The purpose of this Legal Notice is to regulate the principles of access and the General Conditions of Use of the website www.roxall.pt (hereinafter referred to as the "General Conditions of Use").

1. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE OWNER OF THE WEBSITE.

1.1 In compliance with the duty of information provided for in article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce ("LSSI"), we hereby inform you of the following circumstances:

2.1 Use of the Website is free of charge, without prejudice to the cost to the User of connecting to the corresponding telecommunications network, and provided that the User complies with the terms of this Legal Notice, current legislation, good customs and generally accepted behavior on the Internet. By accessing and using the Website, the User expressly declares that they have read, understood and unreservedly accept the Legal Notice, as well as the Privacy Policy in force at any given time. If the User does not accept the terms and conditions of use described below, they must refrain from using the Website.

2.2 Visiting the website does not necessarily require the User to register or provide personal data. However, if in any case the User has to provide personal data, they will be informed in advance of the processing conditions in accordance with the provisions of the Website's Privacy Policy.

Likewise, ROXALL reserves the right to temporarily or permanently interrupt any of the services provided through the Website, without prior notice, as well as the right to terminate the relationship with the User if it detects abnormal use.

2.6 The User undertakes to make appropriate use of the Content that ROXALL offers via the Website. By way of illustration only and without being exhaustive, the following is a list of behaviors considered inappropriate and therefore prohibited when using the Website:

3. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

ROXALL owns or has the corresponding license over the rights to exploit the intellectual and industrial property of the Website, as well as the intellectual, industrial and image property rights over the content available through the Website (including, but not limited to, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.) and, consequently, enjoys the protection provided for in the applicable regulations on industrial and intellectual property. The design, images, maps, graphics, brands, labels, distinctive signs or logos of ROXALL, frames, banners, software and its different codes, source and object, of this Website are the property of ROXALL, which legitimately holds exclusive rights to exploit them.

• • Under no circumstances will it be understood that the User's access and browsing imply a total or partial waiver, transfer, license or assignment of said rights by the Owner of the Website. 4.1 Exemption from liability for inaccuracy or falsity of the data provided by the User.

ROXALL shall under no circumstances be liable for the inaccuracy, falsity or lack of veracity of the personal data and information provided by Users for registration on the Website.

4.2 Exemption from liability for improper use of the website.

Under no circumstances shall ROXALL be liable for damages of any kind arising directly or indirectly from failure to read the Legal Notice or failure to comply with the obligations set out therein.

4.3 Disclaimer of liability for the operation of the website.

5. AMENDMENT OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS.

• • In accordance with the above, should any of the Users consider that the Contents violate their intellectual and/or industrial property rights, as well as any other regulation, or should they become aware that the links included on the Website refer to pages whose contents or services are illicit, harmful, denigrating, violent or contrary to morality, as well as should they consider that any of the contents provided or statements made by other users are inappropriate or violate any regulation, they may contact ROXALL indicating the following points:
