ACCESS TO AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE.
2.1 Use of the Website is free of charge, without prejudice to the cost to the User of connecting to the corresponding telecommunications network, and provided that the User complies with the terms of this Legal Notice, current legislation, good customs and generally accepted behavior on the Internet. By accessing and using the Website, the User expressly declares that they have read, understood and unreservedly accept the Legal Notice, as well as the Privacy Policy in force at any given time. If the User does not accept the terms and conditions of use described below, they must refrain from using the Website.
2.2 Visiting the website does not necessarily require the User to register or provide personal data. However, if in any case the User has to provide personal data, they will be informed in advance of the processing conditions in accordance with the provisions of the Website's Privacy Policy.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
ROXALL owns or has the corresponding license over the rights to exploit the intellectual and industrial property of the Website, as well as the intellectual, industrial and image property rights over the content available through the Website (including, but not limited to, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.) and, consequently, enjoys the protection provided for in the applicable regulations on industrial and intellectual property. The design, images, maps, graphics, brands, labels, distinctive signs or logos of ROXALL, frames, banners, software and its different codes, source and object, of this Website are the property of ROXALL, which legitimately holds exclusive rights to exploit them.

4.1 Exemption from liability for inaccuracy or falsity of the data provided by the User.
ROXALL shall under no circumstances be liable for the inaccuracy, falsity or lack of veracity of the personal data and information provided by Users for registration on the Website.
4.2 Exemption from liability for improper use of the website.
Under no circumstances shall ROXALL be liable for damages of any kind arising directly or indirectly from failure to read the Legal Notice or failure to comply with the obligations set out therein.
4.3 Disclaimer of liability for the operation of the website.
ROXALL does not guarantee the complete updating, accuracy and/or availability at all times of the Website or the services provided through it, although it states that it has taken all necessary measures, within its possibilities and the current state of technology, to guarantee the continuous operation of the Website and to prevent the existence and transmission of viruses and other harmful components.
